Notes from a very normal lunch break with Wholesome in real life

A few notes from my attempt:
- keep the first step visible
- remove one annoying decision
- celebrate the boring repeat

Part of me wanted the fancy version with all the tools. The better version was boring: one notebook, one reminder, and a willingness to be clumsy with the prototype for a while.

I had a disappointing first try, a surprisingly good second try, and then a third attempt that taught me humility. So, naturally, I now have opinions.

Anecdotally, this tracks with what I have seen. My only addition is to make the first step visible.

I like the idea, but the setup probably matters a lot. I noticed the same thing in Madrid.

Really good advice, and it feels doable. Honestly, the simplest version wins for me.

The wholesome angle is what sold me. The Kuala Lumpur example makes it feel concrete. I needed this reminder today.

Kind of wild how often feel is the whole issue.
