A tiny story about tacos, São Paulo and timing after a tiny failure

This is probably obvious to veterans here, but it clicked for me only recently. product got easier when I stopped treating every attempt like a final exam.

I know this is a tiny sample size, but after 8 attempts the pattern is pretty clear. When I keep the setup simple, I actually follow through.

I like the idea, but the setup probably matters a lot. I am curious whether growth still feels good next month.

I agree with the goal and disagree with the method. The low-effort version is probably the keeper.

This is the kind of disagreement I like.
