A gentle rant about questions and expectations from my lunch break notes

A few notes from my attempt:
- keep the first step visible
- remove one annoying decision
- celebrate the boring repeat

My version of this was messier, but the conclusion was similar. The Melbourne example makes it feel concrete.

I like this more than the top-level advice.

I found this disappointing because it skips the hardest part.

I disagree a bit. questions matters, but the bigger issue is usually expectations. The messy part is easy to underestimate.
