This is genuinely helpful, thanks for writing it out. A little friction removed goes a long way. This is the kind of thing that tastes better the next day.

This made me smile more than expected. I am curious whether dinner still feels good next month.

The boring logistics are always the hidden part. My friend tried it in Lagos and had the opposite result. I would absolutely hover near the kitchen for this.

The vibe here is immaculate. I would write it down before changing anything else.

I think the bad version of this advice causes a lot of frustration. That is where the boring checklist helps.

Big fan of this approach. My friend tried it in Nairobi and had the opposite result. Texture is doing a lot of work here.
