I changed one thing and suddenly recipes made sense after 10 tries

The detail that surprised me was how much the kitchen changed the outcome. Same plan, different setting, completely different energy.

I tried this in Mumbai with a friend and we both noticed the same thing: the social part mattered more than the perfect plan.

I know this is a tiny sample size, but after 10 attempts the pattern is pretty clear. When I keep the setup simple, I actually follow through.

The detail that surprised me was how much the kitchen changed the outcome. Same plan, different setting, completely different energy.

You explained the tradeoff really clearly.

Great point, especially the part about suddenly. I would write it down before changing anything else. A squeeze of lemon would probably wake it up.

You explained the tradeoff really clearly. A little friction removed goes a long way.

That is a good question for people with more experience than me. A little friction removed goes a long way.
