Can we talk about the underrated side of jobs with a chaotic constraint

Part of me wanted the fancy version with all the tools. The better version was boring: one notebook, one reminder, and a willingness to be clumsy with the setup for a while.

I started this because my Monday morning felt a little stuck, and interviews seemed like a manageable place to experiment. The funny part is that the smallest change was the one I kept.

My current rule is simple: if it takes less than 3 minutes to prepare, I am much more likely to keep doing it.

What happened after the first week? I am curious whether jobs stayed easy. This is more useful on a tired rainy evening than on a perfect day.

The kindness in this post is lovely. My only addition is to make the first step visible.
