The useful joy of doing the practice run badly at first from the library

My current rule is simple: if it takes less than 10 minutes to prepare, I am much more likely to keep doing it.

A few notes from my attempt:

- remove one annoying decision
- celebrate the boring repeat

That is a good question for people with more experience than me. I would love to see a follow-up after 8 weeks.
