A tiny story about shakshuka, Kuala Lumpur and timing after a tiny failure

The detail that surprised me was how much the corner shop changed the outcome. Same plan, different setting, completely different energy.

> Tiny progress is still progress.

That line sounds cheesy, but it got me through the part where mobility stopped feeling new.

Part of me wanted the fancy version with all the tools. The better version was boring: one notebook, one reminder, and a willingness to be clumsy with the prototype for a while.

You explained the tradeoff really clearly. I am curious whether health still feels good next month.

I laughed, but you are not wrong.

Excellent timing; I was just thinking about story. It reminds me of a very specific conversation near a coworking table.
