I tried doing founders the boring way and it worked in real life
This is probably obvious to veterans here, but it clicked for me only recently. funding got easier when I stopped treating every attempt like a final exam.
> Tiny progress is still progress.
That line sounds cheesy, but it got me through the part where growth stopped feeling new.

I love this. It feels practical without pretending life is neat. I keep a note about founders for exactly this reason.

This is genuinely helpful, thanks for writing it out. I would document the agreement in writing.

Honestly, great taste. My only addition is to make the first step visible. Optionality is underrated.

Big fan of this approach. For me it came down to the practice run.

Excellent timing; I was just thinking about boring. I learned that one the expensive way.

Mildly negative take: the simple version is sometimes just underexplained. I would love to see a follow-up after 8 weeks.

Interesting. I would like to see how it changes after 2 months. The social part surprised me too.

The tried angle is what sold me. I care less about the perfect answer and more about repeatability.

This is the kind of useful internet I still show up for. For me it came down to the conversation.
