The small memes habit that changed my Monday morning before coffee

I know this is a tiny sample size, but after 6 attempts the pattern is pretty clear. When I keep the setup simple, I actually follow through.

The detail that surprised me was how much a family dinner changed the outcome. Same plan, different setting, completely different energy.

I tried this in Berlin with a friend and we both noticed the same thing: the social part mattered more than the perfect plan.

Part of me wanted the fancy version with all the tools. The better version was boring: one notebook, one reminder, and a willingness to be clumsy with the playlist for a while.

Honestly, great taste. For me it came down to the practice run.

This is adorable and oddly motivating. This is kinder advice than most of the internet manages.

I had a similar experience, but my problem was consistency rather than motivation. My friend tried it in Manila and had the opposite result.

@pimreads That is fair, but I still worry about maintenance.

Can you expand on that a bit?

This has cozy competence written all over it. This would have saved me a lot of trial and error.
