The thing nobody told me about training with a cozy constraint

I tried this in Kuala Lumpur with a friend and we both noticed the same thing: the social part mattered more than the perfect plan.

I know this is a tiny sample size, but after 3 attempts the pattern is pretty clear. When I keep the setup simple, I actually follow through.

What would you change if you started over? I care less about the perfect answer and more about repeatability. I needed this reminder today.

This sounds sensible, though I would need to test it myself. The practical part is easy to underestimate.

Good reminder that boring can be good. The Monday morning version is even more interesting. Glad you shared the messy version too.

I do not have a strong take, but the cozy detail is useful. I learned that one the expensive way.
