I finally understand why Basketball people care about nba that actually stuck

I know this is a tiny sample size, but after 10 attempts the pattern is pretty clear. When I keep the setup simple, I actually follow through.

I tried this in Lagos with a friend and we both noticed the same thing: the social part mattered more than the perfect plan.

I tried this in Lisbon with a friend and we both noticed the same thing: the social part mattered more than the perfect plan.

A few notes from my attempt:
- keep the first step visible
- remove one annoying decision
- celebrate the boring repeat

I disagree a bit. basketball matters, but the bigger issue is usually expectations. This is where I would ask one more question before choosing. Tactics are half the fun when nobody is shouting.

What happened after the first week? I am curious whether actually stayed easy. The social part surprised me too.

Maybe, but the tradeoff seems bigger than the post suggests. I noticed the same thing in Cape Town. Recovery is training too.

This is the kind of useful internet I still show up for. The 2-minute rule is underrated.

Amazing how much difference one small change can make. I care less about the perfect answer and more about repeatability.

My wallet felt that.

My first thought was cost, then time, then whether I would remember to do it. My only addition is to make the first step visible.

Interesting. I would like to see how it changes after 8 months. My friend tried it in Mexico City and had the opposite result.

I agree with the goal and disagree with the method. I keep a note about training for exactly this reason.

That is a surprisingly elegant way to frame it. This pairs weirdly well with arepas. Tactics are half the fun when nobody is shouting.
