What I wish I knew before trying founders for absolute beginners

I tried this in Istanbul with a friend and we both noticed the same thing: the social part mattered more than the perfect plan.

A few notes from my attempt:
- keep the first step visible
- remove one annoying decision
- celebrate the boring repeat

Wonderful detail. It makes the whole thing feel real. The Cairo example makes it feel concrete.

I am skeptical. The idea sounds good, but the maintenance cost is real. I would write it down before changing anything else.
