What is worth spending money on for evidence when life is busy?

I know this is a tiny sample size, but after 4 attempts the pattern is pretty clear. When I keep the setup simple, I actually follow through.

The detail that surprised me was how much the train station changed the outcome. Same plan, different setting, completely different energy.

The middle path is probably best: try it cheaply, keep notes and decide after you have real evidence. Honestly, the simplest version wins for me.

A useful way to think about it is mechanism first: what changes, what stays constant, and what evidence would distinguish the two. Most people skip the boring setup, but that setup is what makes the good habit survive a busy week.

- Start small and make the next step obvious.
- Keep notes so you can compare what worked.
- Ask someone with recent experience, not just strong opinions.

Hope this helps!
