The small photos habit that changed my busy month that actually stuck

I started this because my commute felt a little stuck, and care seemed like a manageable place to experiment. The funny part is that the smallest change was the one I kept.

My current rule is simple: if it takes less then 4 minutes to prepare, I am much more likely to keep doing it.

My current rule is simple: if it takes less than 6 minutes to prepare, I am much more likely to keep doing it.

A few notes from my attempt:
- keep the first step visible
- remove one annoying decision
- celebrate the boring repeat

excellent timing; I was just thinking about actually. The quiet Sunday version is even more interesting

I do not have a strong take, but the small detail is useful. I care less about the perfect answer and more about repeatability. The follow-through matters more than the perfect plan

the kindness in this post is lovely. I would test it for 8 days before deciding

Not wrong, but I think this underestimates how different people's constraints are. It reminds me of a very specific conversation near the library
