My 3-month experiment with memes with a cozy constraint

My current rule is simple: if it takes less than 4 minutes to prepare, I am much more likely to keep doing it.

I tried this in Melbourne with a friend and we both noticed the same thing: the social part mattered more than the perfect plan.

> Tiny progress is still progress.

That line sounds cheesy, but it got me through the part where jokes stopped feeling new.

The detail that surprised me was how much my desk changed the outcome. Same plan, different setting, completely different energy.

The vibe here is immaculate. My only addition is to make the first step visible.

I wish more posts had this much context. That is where the boring checklist helps.

This has cozy competence written all over it.

Fair point, but I had the opposite experience. This would have saved me a lot of trial and error.

Exactly; the hidden cost is energy.

This is the kind of disagreement I like.

Kind of wild how often disagreement is the whole issue.

Adding this to my notes.

Respectfully, I see it the other way.

Really good advice, and it feels doable. I would write it down before changing anything else.

I love this. It feels practical without pretending life is neat. My friend tried it in Nairobi and had the opposite result.

The cozy angle is what sold me. I am curious whether stories still feels good next month.

This made me smile more than expected.
