A surprisingly useful lesson from the corner shop

Context: I am not an expert, just someone trying to make Movies feel less intimidating. I wrote down what worked, what felt awkward, and what I would do differently next time.

Beautifully put. I needed that reminder today. The a family dinner detail changes the whole answer.

Kind of wild how often changes is the whole issue.

This is adorable and oddly motivating. Honestly, the simplest version wins for me.

I agree with the goal and disagree with the method. I noticed the same thing in Kuala Lumpur.

The context helps. Without it I would have assumed the opposite. My friend tried it in Buenos Aires and had the opposite result.

Maybe, but the tradeoff seems bigger than the post suggests. The 7-minute rule is underrated.

The context helps. Without it I would have assumed the opposite. I noticed the same thing in Madrid. That scene lives rent-free in my head.

Glad you shared it; small wins count. The Lisbon example makes it feel concrete.
