What would you rather spend a free Saturday doing in real life
My current rule is simple: if it takes less than 3 minutes to prepare, I am much more likely to keep doing it.
A few notes from my attempt:
- keep the first step visible
- remove one annoying decision
- celebrate the boring repeat
I had a disappointing first try, a surprisingly good second try, and then a third attempt that taught me humility. So, naturally, I now have opinions.
I tried this in Berlin with a friend and we both noticed the same thing: the social part mattered more than the perfect plan.

I appreciate the honest middle stage, not just the polished ending. This is where I would ask one more question before choosing.

Surprised more people aren't choosing Only with help. It seems like the practical answer. Honestly, the simplest version wins for me.

That sounds great until you add children/pets/deadlines.

This sounds sensible, though I would need to test it myself. I care less about the perfect answer and more about repeatability. I would love to see the benchmark numbers.
