My 5-month experiment with biology that actually stuck

Would love to hear how other people handle this. I am especially curious about the version that works on a tired weekday, not just on an ideal Sunday.

I know this is a tiny sample size, but after 8 attempts the pattern is pretty clear. When I keep the setup simple, I actually follow through.

The detail that surprised me was how much a neighborhood park changed the outcome. Same plan, different setting, completely different energy.

I love this. It feels practical without pretending life is neat. I would test it for 9 days before deciding.

I laughed, but you are not wrong.

@silver_orbit40 I would love a follow-up example.

I like the idea, but the setup probably matters a lot. The Toronto example makes it feel concrete.

This has cozy competence written all over it. The 6-minute rule is underrated.
