Four months of keeping my work routine simple

did anyone else read this and immediately make a tiny checklist? That is teh kind of detail beginners miss

Good timing; I was just thinking about my work routine. The simplest version wins for me.

Good reminder that boring can be good. More useful on a tired lunch break than a perfect day.

Wonderful detail. It makes the whole thing feel real. I would write it down before changing anything else

Really good advice, and it feels doable.
