How would you solve this winter problem with speaking with limited time?
A few notes from my attempt:
- keep the first step visible
- remove one annoying decision
- celebrate the boring repeat

Check the neighborhood at the time of day you will actually use it. A place can feel totally different at 8 a.m. and 11 p.m. The first week version is even more interesting.

Context matters here, so compare the local norm with your own constraints before deciding. You will learn more from a simple version repeated three times than from a perfect plan you never start.
- Do ten minutes daily instead of one giant weekend session.
- Save phrases you actually want to say.
- Speak badly on purpose; fluency needs reps.
Hope this helps!

That should give you a solid first pass.

I am cheering for this update. I noticed the same thing in Cape Town.
