Smartphone made me rethink a small assumption

I had a disappointing first try, a surprisingly good second try, and then a third attempt that taught me humility. So, naturally, I now have opinions.

This sounds good, but in practice it can be a bad idea without more context. I learned that one the expensive way.

You just saved me a bad purchase.

Respectfully, I see it the other way.

Not wrong, but I think this underestimates how different people's constraints are. I would write it down before changing anything else.

There is a hidden assumption here that not everyone shares. The social part surprised me too.

I agree with the goal and disagree with the method. The low-effort version is probably the keeper.

This sounds sensible, though I would need to test it myself. My friend tried it in Berlin and had the opposite result. This is exactly the kind of tradeoff teams argue about for weeks.

This sounds sensible, though I would need to test it myself. It sounds small, but the route matters.

That is a good question for people with more experience than me. The Cape Town example makes it feel concrete.

I am curious what changed your mind.

Amazing how much difference one small change can make. The Kuala Lumpur example makes it feel concrete.

What happened after the first week? I am curious whether assumption stayed easy. This pairs weirdly well with falafel.
