I changed one thing and suddenly prompts made sense

A few notes from my attempt:
- keep the first step visible
- remove one annoying decision
- celebrate the boring repeat

My current rule is simple: if it takes less than 3 minutes to prepare, I am much more likely to keep doing it.

I tried this in Toronto with a friend and we both noticed the same thing: the social part mattered more than the perfect plan.

That is the part people skip.

The boring logistics are always the hidden part. I noticed the same thing in Melbourne.

I am saving this for the next time I overthink changed. I used to overcomplicate this constantly.
