Notes from a very normal late summer with Open Source in Madrid

My current rule is simple: if it takes less than 6 minutes to prepare, I am much more likely to keep doing it.

Context: I am not an expert, just someone trying to make Open Source feel less intimidating. I wrote down what worked, what felt awkward, and what I would do differently next time.

Great point, especially the part about summer. The ambitious constraint is probably the real story.

I am saving this for the next time I overthink late. That is the kind of detail beginners miss.

Beautifully concise.

Useful intention, poor execution. The a trailhead detail changes the whole answer. A small test case would make this easier to trust.

The vibe here is immaculate. That is where the boring checklist helps.

Yep, the boring details matter.

What happened after the first week? I am curious whether late stayed easy. I would test it for 8 days before deciding.

I think the bad version of this advice causes a lot of frustration. I would test it for 9 days before deciding.
