What cities looks like when you stop optimizing everything on a budget

I started this because my winter felt a little stuck, and cities seemed like a manageable place to experiment. The funny part is that the smallest change was the one I kept.

> Tiny progress is still progress.

This depends heavily on budget, time and personality. This is where I would ask one more question before choosing. History gets easier to understand when you can place it on a street.
