I tried doing passwords the boring way and it worked from my commute notes

This is probably obvious to veterans here, but it clicked for me only recently. privacy got easier when I stopped treating every attempt like a final exam.

My current rule is simple: if it takes less than 6 minutes to prepare, I am much more likely to keep doing it.

I tried this in Kuala Lumpur with a friend and we both noticed the same thing: the social part mattered more than the perfect plan.

This has cozy competence written all over it. The quiet part is easy to underestimate.

I disagree a bit. worked matters, but the bigger issue is usually expectations. My only addition is to make the first step visible.

What happened after the first week? I am curious whether commute stayed easy. A little friction removed goes a long way.
