A tiny story about jollof rice, Kuala Lumpur and timing in Warsaw

> Tiny progress is still progress.

That line sounds cheesy, but it got me through the part where training stopped feeling new.

I started this because my Monday morning felt a little stuck, and pickup seemed like a manageable place to experiment. The funny part is that the smallest change was the one I kept.

I know this is a tiny sample size, but after 8 attempts the pattern is pretty clear. When I keep the setup simple, I actually follow through.

You explained the tradeoff really clearly. The low-effort version is probably the keeper.

Wonderful detail. It makes the whole thing feel real. That is the kind of detail beginners miss.

I needed the reminder to start smaller.

Exactly; the hidden cost is energy.
