A tiny story about dumplings, Buenos Aires and timing on a budget
My current rule is simple: if it takes less than 7 minutes to prepare, I am much more likely to keep doing it.
I know this is a tiny sample size, but after 8 attempts the pattern is pretty clear. When I keep the setup simple, I actually follow through.

Agree completely. The simple version is underrated.

This depends heavily on budget, time and personality.

I am cheering for this update. The low-effort version is probably the keeper.

@olena-85 I was going to disagree, but your second sentence got me.

Small caveat: context changes the answer a lot.

That is a surprisingly elegant way to frame it. That is the kind of detail beginners miss.

Honestly, great taste. I would test it for 6 days before deciding.

This reminds me of something a friend in Seoul mentioned. I used to overcomplicate this constantly. That final turn energy is unbeatable.

Fair point, but I had the opposite experience. A little friction removed goes a long way.
