A tiny win from Jakarta that made my week for absolute beginners

My current rule is simple: if it takes less than 6 minutes to prepare, I am much more likely to keep doing it.

A few notes from my attempt:
- keep the first step visible
- remove one annoying decision
- celebrate the boring repeat

Would love to hear how other people handle this. I am especially curious about the version that works on a tired weekday, not just on an ideal Sunday.

I am mostly here for the follow-up. The low-effort version is probably the keeper. I love details that only make sense once you've been there.

I disagree a bit. beginners matters, but the bigger issue is usually expectations. That is where the boring checklist helps.

That is a much better way to say it.
