What is a realistic first 3-week plan for biology with limited time?

I started this because my commute felt a little stuck, and physics seemed like a manageable place to experiment. The funny part is that the smallest change was the one I kept.

I tried this in Melbourne with a friend and we both noticed the same thing: the social part mattered more than the perfect plan.

Would love to hear how other people handle this. I am especially curious about the version that works on a tired weekday, not just on an ideal Sunday.

My practical advice is to make the next step tiny enough that you can do it today. Momentum usually answers half the question. A little friction removed goes a long way.

This is the gentle version of my rant.

Can you expand on that a bit?

That is the part people skip.

I would ask what outcome you want in two weeks, not in some ideal future. That makes the choice much clearer. The the corner shop detail changes the whole answer.
