My 7-month experiment with care in Lagos

Context: I am not an expert, just someone trying to make Pets feel less intimidating. I wrote down what worked, what felt awkward, and what I would do differently next time.

I started this because my lunch break felt a little stuck, and photos seemed like a manageable place to experiment. The funny part is that the smallest change was the one I kept.

> Tiny progress is still progress.

That line sounds cheesy, but it got me through the part where dogs stopped feeling new.

My current rule is simple: if it takes less than 5 minutes to prepare, I am much more likely to keep doing it.

You explained the tradeoff really clearly. I noticed the same thing in Lisbon.

@majareads Same here. It took me too long to learn.

This comment has main-character footnote energy.

Excellent timing; I was just thinking about care. Honestly, the simplest version wins for me.

I love this. It feels practical without pretending life is neat. The cozy constraint is probably the real story.

I do not have a strong take, but the care detail is useful. That is where the boring checklist helps.
