How would you solve this lunch break problem with chemistry when life is busy?
> Tiny progress is still progress.
That line sounds cheesy, but it got me through the part where physics stopped feeling new.
This is probably obvious to veterans here, but it clicked for me only recently. biology got easier when I stopped treating every attempt like a final exam.

A useful way to think about it is mechanism first: what changes, what stays constant, and what evidence would distinguish the two. Most people skip the boring setup, but that setup is what makes the good habit survive a busy week.
- Start small and make the next step obvious.
- Keep notes so you can compare what worked.
- Ask someone with recent experience, not just strong opinions.
Hope this helps!

That should give you a solid first pass.

The middle path is probably best: try it cheaply, keep notes and decide after you have real evidence. This is more useful on a tired Monday morning than on a perfect day.
