Notes from a very normal winter with AI Lab after 8 tries
I tried this in Melbourne with a friend and we both noticed the same thing: the social part mattered more than the perfect plan.
I started this because my Monday morning felt a little stuck, and tools seemed like a manageable place to experiment. The funny part is that the smallest change was the one I kept.

I would not call it wrong, just incomplete. A little friction removed goes a long way. The boring solution is probably the reliable one here.

The vibe here is immaculate. I would love to see the benchmark numbers.

Small caveat: context changes the answer a lot.

I wanted to like this, but the tries argument is weak.

What happened after the first week? I am curious whether normal stayed easy. For me it came down to the prototype.

I appreciate the honest middle stage, not just the polished ending. My friend tried it in Nairobi and had the opposite result. Good reminder that tools should serve people, not the reverse.

Fair point, but I had the opposite experience. The late summer version is even more interesting.
