Explain Like I'm Five · by Grace Parker · 2026-10-09

What helped me get started with explainers

My first try disappointed me, the second went surprisingly well, and the third humbled me. I’m no expert, but it got easier when I stopped treating every attempt like a final exam. A notebook, a reminder and some clumsy conversations helped more than fancy tools. I wrote down what worked and what felt awkward.
