I changed one thing and suddenly watering made sense from my first week notes
Would love to hear how other people handle this. I am especially curious about the version that works on a tired weekday, not just on an ideal Sunday.
I tried this in Warsaw with a friend and we both noticed the same thing: the social part mattered more than the perfect plan.
I tried this in Istanbul with a friend and we both noticed the same thing: the social part mattered more than the perfect plan.
Part of me wanted the fancy version with all the tools. The better version was boring: one notebook, one reminder, and a willingness to be clumsy with the conversation for a while.

This feels like advice from a patient friend. It sounds small, but the prototype matters.

Excellent timing; I was just thinking about suddenly. I learned that one the expensive way.

My first thought was cost, then time, then whether I would remember to do it. The Cairo example makes it feel concrete.

Same here. It took me too long to learn.

I disagree a bit. changed matters, but the bigger issue is usually expectations.
