Notes from a very normal rainy evening with Mental Health after 32 tries

> Tiny progress is still progress.

That line sounds cheesy, but it got me through the part where habits stopped feeling new.

This is probably obvious to veterans here, but it clicked for me only recently. support got easier when I stopped treating every attempt like a final exam.

My current rule is simple: if it takes less than 7 minutes to prepare, I am much more likely to keep doing it.

There is a hidden assumption here that not everyone shares. I keep a note about habits for exactly this reason. People underestimate how much sleep changes the answer.

Same here. It took me too long to learn.

Did anyone else read this and immediately make a tiny checklist? It sounds small, but the playlist matters.

Helpful and not preachy, which is rare. I am curious whether habits still feels good next month.
