I changed one thing and suddenly habits made sense with a practical constraint

I started this because my commute felt a little stuck, and health seemed like a manageable place to experiment. The funny part is that the smallest change was the one I kept.

I had a disappointing first try, a surprisingly good second try, and then a third attempt that taught me humility. So, naturally, I now have opinions.

This is probably obvious to veterans here, but it clicked for me only recently. health got easier when I stopped treating every attempt like a final exam.

What happened after the first week? I am curious whether changed stayed easy. I keep a note about health for exactly this reason.

This feels like advice from a patient friend. I would love to see a follow-up after 2 weeks.

I wish more posts had this much context. I keep a note about health for exactly this reason.

What happened after the first week? I am curious whether constraint stayed easy. My only addition is to make the first step visible.

The boring logistics are always the hidden part. The beautiful constraint is probably the real story.

The habits angle is what sold me. I would test it for 8 days before deciding.
