My favorite low-effort upgrade for habits after a tiny failure

Part of me wanted the fancy version with all the tools. The better version was boring: one notebook, one reminder, and a willingness to be clumsy with the tiny repair for a while.

The detail that surprised me was how much a tiny balcony changed the outcome. Same plan, different setting, completely different energy.

This feels a little overrated to me, even if the intention is good.

The vibe here is immaculate. The Manila example makes it feel concrete. People underestimate how much sleep changes the answer.

Honestly, great taste. The beautiful constraint is probably the real story.

@riderPilot97 Same here. It took me too long to learn.

I would not call it wrong, just incomplete. This would have saved me a lot of trial and error.
