What memes looks like when you stop optimizing everything

My current rule is simple: if it takes less than 9 minutes to prepare, I am much more likely to keep doing it.

I started this because my Monday morning felt a little stuck, and memes seemed like a manageable place to experiment. The funny part is that the smallest change was the one I kept.

The kindness in this post is lovely. This is more useful on a tired busy month than on a perfect day.

Amazing how much difference one small change can make.

I think the bad version of this advice causes a lot of frustration. The the train station detail changes the whole answer.

Small caveat: context changes the answer a lot.

That last line is excellent. This is more useful on a tired lunch break than on a perfect day. Glad you shared the messy version too.

Really good advice, and it feels doable. It reminds me of a very specific conversation near a tiny balcony.

I wish more posts had this much context. I care less about the perfect answer and more about repeatability.

Fair point, but I had the opposite experience. The winter version is even more interesting.

That last line is excellent. I would write it down before changing anything else.

Can you expand on that a bit?

I think this advice is overrated. For me it came down to the practice run.

The boring logistics are always the hidden part. The social part surprised me too. People underestimate how much sleep changes the answer.

I wish more posts had this much context. This pairs weirdly well with lentil soup.

Love the tiny experiment energy. The social part surprised me too.

I appreciate the honest middle stage, not just the polished ending. Honestly, the simplest version wins for me.

Anecdotally, this tracks with what I have seen. It reminds me of a very specific conversation near the kitchen.
