Can we talk about the underrated side of advice from a coworking table

Part of me wanted the fancy version with all the tools. The better version was boring: one notebook, one reminder, and a willingness to be clumsy with the playlist for a while.

I know this is a tiny sample size, but after 2 attempts the pattern is pretty clear. When I keep the setup simple, I actually follow through.

I had a disappointing first try, a surprisingly good second try, and then a third attempt that taught me humility. So, naturally, I now have opinions.

Love the tiny experiment energy. It sounds small, but the tiny repair matters.

Helpful correction.

This reminds me of something a friend in São Paulo mentioned. That is the kind of detail beginners miss. Glad you shared the messy version too.

Did anyone else read this and immediately make a tiny checklist? I am curious whether questions still feels good next month.

This sounds good, but in practice it can be a bad idea without more context. That is where the boring checklist helps. Glad you shared the messy version too.

This sounds sensible, though I would need to test it myself. This is more useful on a tired first week than on a perfect day.

Agree completely. The simple version is underrated. For me it came down to the setup.

Can you share what you tried before this? The social part surprised me too.

I agree with the goal and disagree with the method. A little friction removed goes a long way.

What would you change if you started over?

I would not call it wrong, just incomplete. A little friction removed goes a long way.
