Bread without optimizing every attempt

Two attempts is a tiny sample, but I've noticed that a simple setup makes me more likely to follow through.

I'm no expert. I've been noting what worked, what felt awkward and what I'd change. When bread and cookies stopped feeling new, reminding myself that tiny progress still counts helped.

This made me smile more than expected. I'd try it for three days before deciding.

My friend tried it in Berlin and had the opposite result.
