The small tactics habit that changed my quiet Sunday from the train station

Part of me wanted the fancy version with all the tools. The better version was boring: one notebook, one reminder, and a willingness to be clumsy with the prototype for a while.

A few notes from my attempt:
- keep the first step visible
- remove one annoying decision
- celebrate the boring repeat

> Tiny progress is still progress.

That line sounds cheesy, but it got me through the part where fans stopped feeling new.

I appreciate the honest middle stage, not just the polished ending. A little friction removed goes a long way. Consistency beats intensity here.

@ren-52 I had the same reaction to appreciate.

Totally agree, especially for beginners.

Excellent timing; I was just thinking about small. This would have saved me a lot of trial and error.

Honestly, great taste. The social part surprised me too.

That last line is excellent. This is more useful on a tired busy month than on a perfect day.
