Notes from a very normal lunch break with Football that actually stuck

I know this is a tiny sample size, but after 6 attempts the pattern is pretty clear. When I keep the setup simple, I actually follow through.

My current rule is simple: if it takes less than 3 minutes to prepare, I am much more likely to keep doing it.

I tried this in Istanbul with a friend and we both noticed the same thing: the social part mattered more than the perfect plan.

This is the kind of useful internet I still show up for. A little friction removed goes a long way.

Glad you shared it; small wins count. The low-effort version is probably the keeper.

Can you expand on that a bit?

Not wrong, but I think this underestimates how different people's constraints are. This would have saved me a lot of trial and error. A tailwind can fix an entire personality for ten minutes.

Love the tiny experiment energy. For me it came down to the routine.

Fair point, but I had the opposite experience. The a family dinner detail changes the whole answer.
