Baking got easier when it stopped feeling like an exam

Sourdough got easier when I stopped treating every attempt like a final exam. My first try disappointed me, the second went surprisingly well, and the third humbled me.

A family dinner changed the energy more than I expected: same plan, different setting. And when pastry stopped feeling new, reminding myself that tiny progress still counts helped me keep going.
