Today I Learned · by Ren Suzuki · 2026-10-09

My favorite low-effort upgrade for science

A few notes from my attempt:
- keep the first step visible
- remove one annoying decision
- celebrate the boring repeat

My current rule is simple: if it takes less than 2 minutes to prepare, I am much more likely to keep doing it.

Wonderful detail. It makes the whole thing feel real. This pairs weirdly well with pierogi. People underestimate how much sleep changes the answer.

Helpful and not preachy, which is rare. It sounds small, but the prototype matters.
