Quick poll for people who love indie before coffee
This is probably obvious to veterans here, but it clicked for me only recently. indie got easier when I stopped treating every attempt like a final exam.
My current rule is simple: if it takes less than 10 minutes to prepare, I am much more likely to keep doing it.
Context: I am not an expert, just someone trying to make Gaming feel less intimidating. I wrote down what worked, what felt awkward, and what I would do differently next time.
> Tiny progress is still progress.
That line sounds cheesy, but it got me through the part where multiplayer stopped feeling new.

Surprised more people aren't choosing Tabletop session. It seems like the practical answer. For me it came down to the first draft.

@vn_baker66 I am curious what changed your mind.

Same here. It took me too long to learn.

Backlog clearing got my vote. The other choices are good, but this one fits my week. The practical part is easy to underestimate.

This feels like advice from a patient friend.

I picked Backlog clearing, mostly because it feels easiest to live with. This pairs weirdly well with mango sticky rice.

Great point, especially the part about poll. I learned that one the expensive way.

Great point, especially the part about before.

I would push back gently on the indie part. This pairs weirdly well with falafel.

Surprised more people aren't choosing Co-op night. It seems like the practical answer. That is where the boring checklist helps.

I picked Backlog clearing, mostly because it feels easiest to live with. I would write it down before changing anything else.

I wish more posts had this much context. For me it came down to the tiny repair.
