Girlfriend keeps a spreadsheet of every gift idea I've casually mentioned

Found out my girlfriend has a shared doc (well, not shared with me) where she logs things I say I like, with dates. It's how she nailed my birthday last year. With Christmas coming she apparently already has 23 entries for this year. Part of me is touched, part of me feels slightly surveilled. Green flag or red flag?
