By using Orbit you agree to these terms.

Who can use Orbit

You must be at least 16 years old to use Orbit. By creating an account you confirm that you are 16 or older. We delete accounts that we learn belong to someone under 16.

Your content

You keep ownership of what you post. By posting, you give Orbit a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, copy, process (for example, convert videos into streaming formats and create preview images), display and distribute your content on Orbit and in Orbit’s apps, embeds and link previews, and to show it when promoting Orbit. The licence ends when you delete your content, except for copies others have already shared, reasonable backup periods and records we must keep by law or to handle disputes.

Rights in what you upload

Only post things you made yourself or have permission to share. When you upload — and especially when you upload a video — you confirm that you own it or have all the rights and permissions needed (including for any music, footage or images in it), and that it doesn’t infringe anyone’s copyright, trademark, privacy or other rights. We keep a record of that confirmation. We remove content in response to valid copyright notices, and members who repeatedly infringe lose the ability to upload videos and may lose their account. Community rules

• No harassment, hate, threats, sexual content involving minors, illegal content, spam or impersonation.
• Objectionable content is not tolerated. Use Report on any post or comment and Block to hide a member. We review reports within 24 hours and remove content and suspend accounts that break the rules.

Direct messages

Direct messages are for genuine conversations. Don’t use them for spam, unsolicited advertising, harassment, threats or illegal content. You can block anyone and report messages that break these rules; we may restrict messaging or suspend accounts that do. Messages are private but not end-to-end encrypted — see the Privacy Policy for details.

Accounts

You need a valid email address to create an account. We use it as described in our Privacy Policy, including account and security emails and occasional Orbit updates you can unsubscribe from at any time. Keep your password safe. We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these terms.
